Buddies get creative with digital learning

14 Aug 2025

Kindergarten and Year 6 students teamed up to explore digital learning and celebrate what they love about school.

On Thursday 14 August, Kindergarten students from class KY joined their Year 6 buddies from class S3B for a fun digital project. Together, they created Google Slides to showcase their favourite things about school.

The children learnt how to add text and pictures, choose colours and design their slides so they were easy to read. More importantly, they discovered how technology can be a powerful tool for sharing ideas.

This activity was a great example of how we encourage students to build both digital skills and strong friendships across year groups.
