Kindy Orientation
13 Nov 2025
On Thursday the 23rd and the 30th of October, Term 4 (Week 2 & 3) Mortlake Public School held the annual Kindergarten Orientation for new families.
We had some very new and excited students visit our site to see what big school is all about. They got to see their classroom, meet some teachers, play with some of the school’s awesome resources such as Kinetic sand and experience just some of what the school day will be like for them next year.
The Year 5 students made some really special welcome cards for their buddies to help welcome them to Mortlake. Something they can cherish forever.
While the new students were doing this, the parents were treated to a special performance by the Senior Choir and even a special performance by the current Kindy cohort. We can’t wait to see them all again soon!
Mortlake Public School provides a wide range of programs to complement the curriculum and broaden our students' learning experience. Taking part in co-curricular and extracurricular activities helps our students build new skills, make friends and explore new interests.
We take pride in celebrating our students' achievements both in and out of the classroom. We're committed to nurturing an environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential.
