These two amazing spellers made it to the recent Spelling Bee final on Monday the 10th of August.

Their dedication and hard work led them to represent our school at the event, showcasing impressive spelling skills and commitment.

About the NSW Premier's Spelling Bee
Run by The Arts Unit the Premier's Spelling Bee is an engaging way for NSW public primary school students to expand their vocabularies and improve their spelling. Designed for Stage 2 and 3, Stage 1 students are welcome to participate.
The program includes activities that encourage students to become more confident users of language through broadening their vocabulary, and promotes improved literacy skills in conjunction with the NSW English K to 10 syllabus.
The Arts Unit, part of the NSW Department of Education, delivers inclusive, high-quality programs in the arts, language and literacy education. Through performances, workshops and specialised opportunities for high potential and gifted students, it helps young people develop creativity, confidence and talent.
Grounded in the values of public education, The Arts Unit ensures students across NSW have equitable access to enriching experiences that support learning, wellbeing and personal growth.
