Stage 3 writing

Stage 3 students are developing their persuasive writing skills by creating arguments to convince their audience that Venice, Dubai or Tokyo is the best place in the world.
Students are using block planners to organise their ideas and are explicitly learning to craft strong sentences, elevate their vocabulary and apply a range of grammatical features to make their writing more engaging and convincing. This approach is helping students develop greater control, sophistication and confidence as writers.
